Improved Prismarine Bricks!

I've long been bothered that the top and bottom textures of default prismarine bricks seem to make no sense, and have largely avoided using them in my builds because of that, but I like the side texture, so I decided to do something about it. Now with this resource pack the top has a new texture, as does the bottom.
