A collection of many tweaks and additions I have made to the default textures over the years can be found here. Some examples would be colored Axolotyls, visible Suspicious Stew effects, semi-transparent burning UI, higher banner resolution on shields and many more.

This is a hobby project of mine so it sometimes takes me a while to update it to new versions.

I haven't been able to find anything similar to the Prior Work Penalty (number of times an item has went through an anvil) feature on anywhere else. I have only ever seen it on mods or plugins. To use it, simply put any item on an item frame and hold down your SNEAK key, the number of anvil uses will be visible. (Diminished Textures are also visible in the image below)

As of 1.21.5, all of the item textures are fully functional in Vanilla. Some block based features such as Connected Textures will still require Optifine or Sodium&Continuity to function.

I didn't make a GitHub for this so sadly there isn't a place I can ask for feedback.
