Create + Sable : Server Spawn/Spawn Anchor on airship/subspaces

This mod adds a special world spawn block for Minecraft/NeoForge that works with Create and Sable subspaces. Meant for

This is meant for multiplayer games/servers (you can use it solo). It sets the server spawn to wherever you place the Spawn Platform, ideally and what the mod is meant for is moving subspaces (IE, Airship server spawn). You'll need to place the Spawn Platform in Creative mode.

Current behavior:

Players still use their bed spawn first.
If no bed spawn exists, the mod checks for the World Spawner block.
If the World Spawner exists, players respawn there.
If neither bed nor World Spawner exists, Minecraft falls back to the default world spawn.
The block can survive Sable subspace movement by tracking the spawner through Sable tracking points.
Placing a new World Spawner removes the old one.
The block is effectively bedrock-tough, so normal players cannot break it.
Admins/creative/commands can still remove or replace it.
The block is low-profile, currently 2/16 of a block tall.
Its texture is brass-table-inspired, with a center gem, but uses original PNGs rather than Create’s exact texture. (I've thought of adding other versions, let me know if I should)
