Let players change their island's biome with a single command. Plains become jungle, desert turns to mushroom fields — the island transforms visually with new grass colors, weather, and mob spawns.

• Visual transformation — grass color, water color, sky, weather, and particles all change
• Mob spawning changes — different biomes spawn different mobs
