Creepers Improve Over Time

Creepers get stronger the longer you play. Difficulty is calculated for each player separately. The improvements are gradual, taking place every 20 minutes.

Stat Increase

Stats that change include:

• Health
• Movement speed
• Follow range
• Armor
• Decreased fuse time
• Chance of being charged
• Explosion radius
• On day 100 creepers are silent

Creeper's fuse time starts out lower than default, gets to normal on day 50, and decreases up to day 100.

Timers

Timer for difficulty is per player, and increases every minecraft day (20 minutes). sleeping does NOT forward this timer. Max difficulty is day 100+ and difficulty does not increase after that.

Commands

To test out how hard the creepers are, use functions cree:day25, cree:day50, cree:day75, cree:day100 or use command: /scoreboard players set Creedif . To reset your score use cree:reset, to reset all of players difficulty, use cree:resetall.

Installing

Like your ordinary datapack, put zip file in datapacks folder of your world.

Unistalling

Run function skel:uninstall and remove the datapack from datapacks folder

Other

I tried to make the changes to creepers not as drastic because they are one of the most frustrating mobs in the game. I am planning on making a version of this datapack for each common mob, then making a datapack consisting of all of them (This is the fourth mob improvement datapack I made).

Creepers can be destructive, and with this datapack even more, keep this in mind, as they could destroy your builds/terrain.
