Bonemeal Config

This is a simple mod that makes make vanilla plants and blocks bonemealable.
All of them can be individually configured if necessary. This is implemented
in such a way that mods that add bonemealing blocks or functionality should
be able to work on these blocks (eg: Create: Slice and Dice's fertilizer
sprinker, Ars Nouveau grow spell).

• Dead Bushes (disabled by default)

• Hanging Roots
• Leaves (disabled by default)
• Mycelium
• Nether Sprouts
• Nether Wart
• Roots (Warped/Nylium)
• Sponges (disabled by default)
• Spore Blossoms
• Sugar Canes
• Vines
• Water Lilies
