This Datapack adds a 24 new items to the game! 12 of which are new Spellbooks! It also adds 3 new Custom Mobs, a new Alchemy system, and even a new boss: The Necromancer!

Alchemy:

This datapack adds a whole new way of crafting... the Alchemy Pot!

Alchemy Pot **Alchemy** is used to brew all of your spells. You can make an _Alchemy Pot_ by placing a soul campfire underneath a water-filled cauldron, then tossing an Amethyst Shard inside. Your finished _Alchemy Pot_ should look like this:  When brewing, you must wait five seconds after throwing in all of the correct ingredients. Most spells require a _Spell Tome_, which is found in Dungeons, Abandoned Mineshafts, and Stronghold Libraries. The _Spell Tome_ acts as a blank spell, which you infuse spells into!

Spells:

Spellbooks are brewed in the Alchemy Pot, and require a Spell Tome. Spells use-up Mana, which regenerates over time. The default Mana maximum is 10, but can be increased with the Mana Charm.

Amethyst Bolt  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_ and 1 Amethyst Shard. This is a simple and cheap spell which shoots forward a burst of purple amethyst, which will damage enemies. Arcane Dash  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Rabbit Foot, and 1 Block of Emerald. This spells sends you dashing forward, damaging any enemies in your path. Inferno  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Gunpowder, 1 Blaze Powder, and 1 _Scorched Obsidian_. - _Scorched Obsidian_ can be obtained by trading with Piglins. This fiery spell casts a wave of fire whichever way the player is looking. Ascendio  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Feather, and 1 _Pixie Dust_. - _Pixie_ dust is a drop from the new mob: _Pixies_. **When not sneaking:** This spell sends the player upwards, and provides slow fall. **When sneaking:** This spell casts out a bolt which will send enemies upward when hit. Electra  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Feather, and 1 Nether Star. This spell creates a field which conducts lightning after a short period. Hellfire  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Ancient Debris, 1 Blaze Powder, and 1 _Scorched Obsidian_. - _Scorched Obsidian_ can be obtained by trading with Piglins. This spell causes fireballs to rain down on the marked area. Shadowstep  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_ and 1 _Shadow_. - A _Shadow_ can be obtained by killing _Wraiths_. This spell creates a shadowy platform under your feet, allowing you to parkour off of it in thin air. Enlargio  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Blue Candle, and 1 Pufferfish. **When not sneaking:** Casts a bolt which will make the entity it hits grow in size. **When sneaking:** Makes yourself grow in size. * Effects on players only last 30 seconds, however effects on mobs are permanant UNTIL hit with the _Reducio_ spell. Reducio  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Orange Candle, and 1 Pufferfish. **When not sneaking:** Casts a bolt which will make the entity it hits shrink in size. **When sneaking:** Makes yourself shrink in size. * Effects on players only last 30 seconds, however effects on mobs are permanant UNTIL hit with the _Enlargio_ spell. Glacious  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Snow Block, 1 Ice Block, and 1 _Yeti Tooth_. - A _Yeti Tooth_ is a drop from a _Yeti_. This spell casts a icy bolt which will cause the area it hits to be a blizzard for a short time, slowing down any entities inside. Health Spell  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_ and 1 Ghast Tear. This spell generates a temporary field which will give anything inside regeneration and resistance. Timekeeper  - Made with 1 _Spell Tome_, 1 Netherite Ingot, and 1 Clock. This spell creates a location in time wherever you are, and teleports you back to that spot after 5 seconds. Mana Bottle - Made with 1 Bottle and 1 Amethyst Shard. This brews a smiple Mana Bottle, which will instantly regenerate your mana.

Custom Mobs:

This Datapack adds 3 new custom mobs, each with their own unique drops and mechanics!

Pixie  _Pixies_ can be found in Birch and Dark Oak Forests. Pixies have a 50% chance to drop _Pixie Dust_, which is used to brew the spell _Ascendio_. _Pixies_ have two varieties. One is a light yellow color, and the other is a light blue color. Wraith  _Wraiths_ can be found corrupting Zombies in the dripstone caves. When spawned, they have white eyes and are invincible to your attacks. You must make them walk through a circle of lit candles, like the one shown above, the make them vulnerable. When weakened, their eyes turn red and they become much faster. Uppon death, _Wraiths_ can drop their _Shadow_, which is used to make the spellbook _Shadowstep_. Yeti  _Yetis_ are found spawning at night in snowy biomes. A yeti packs a powerful punch, and is very heavy and knockback resistant. Be sure to keep your distance! If killed, _Yetis_ have a chance to drop a _Yeti Tooth_, which is an ingredient used to brew the spellbook _Glacious_.

• Pixie Dust: dropped by Pixies.

• Scorched Obsidian: traded by Piglins.

• Shadow: dropped by Wraiths.

• Spell Tome: found in dungeons, mineshafts, and libraries.

• Yeti Tooth: dropped by Yetis.

• Mana Bottle: brewed in the Alchemy Pot.

• Cursed Book: found in ancient cities, also a rare drop from witches.

• Mana Charm: dropped by Necromancer. When in offhand, doubles max Mana.

• Wraith Spawn Egg: operator only item.

• Pixie Spawn Egg: operator only item.

• Yeti Spawn Egg: operator only item.

• Necromancer Spawn Egg: operator only item.

Necromancer:

The Necromancer is a new boss which will drop the Mana Charm, an item which when put in offhand will double your max mana level!

Summoning The _Necromancer_ is summoned using a ritual. You will need three things: 12 Purple Candles, 1 Amethyst Block, and 1 _Cursed Book_. - The _Cursed Book_ can be found in ancient cities, or is a rare drop from witches. Place the candles in a circle around the amethyst block, then throw the _Cursed Book_ ontop of the Amethyst. After you then light the candles, the _Necromancer_ will spawn! Here is how to place the blocks:  Attacks The _Necromancer_ has 2 modes, attack mode, and vulnerable mode. When he is purple, he is in attack mode. You can not harm him in this phase; you must evade his attacks until he turns red. When he is red, he is vulnerable, meaning this is the time to damage him. Be warned, when he hits half health he gets much faster! ### Attacks: _Necromancer_ has 3 attacks. One of them is the _Amethyst Spiral_, where he will unleash a bunch of _Amethyst Bolt_ spells in a spiral. This attack is indicated by purple particles around him before he casts it. Another is the _Electra Attack_. In this attack, he will summon _Electra_ spell fields att your feet. It is crucial to stay on the move while he casts this. It is signaled by blue particles around him before he casts it. Finally, he can cast the _Ascendio_ spell in a spoiral around him, similare to the _Amethyst Spiral_. This attack is signaled by yellow particles before he casts it.
