About

Controlled Insomnia changes the spawning of phantoms to make sure they only spawn when you want them to.

Phantoms now only spawn when the player has the Insomnia effect applied.
A Potion of Insomnia can be brewed with an eye blossom or an eye of ender depending on the version of Minecraft.

When a player has the Insomnia effect, they will not be able to sleep in a bed and phantoms will spawn around them following the same vanilla rules.
Phantoms spawn in the sky at night every 1-2 minutes around players with Insomnia.
