Mass of Nutrition adds over 320 new foods, tools, blocks, and ingredients to Minecraft.

This mod expands survival gameplay by introducing new crafting options using different materials, including emerald tools and multitools, as well as various food items such as sushi and other custom recipes. Also, added advanced nutrition system, with protein, carbs, fiber, fats, vitamins, minerals, hydration and calories. Every type of food adds different amount of nutrition points. Nutrition decreasing is not too agressive, so it's not very hard to play.

Content includes:

New tools made from different materials;
New foods and ingredients;
New naturally generating plants and blocks;
New villager trades;
New advancements;
Simple crafting, and in some functional blocks recipes;
Functional blocks;
Advanced system of nutrition;

The mod is designed to enhance survival gameplay, expand cooking options and bring more realistic nutrition to the game. It can be used in survival worlds or modpacks to add more content variety.
