Wax/unwax all copper blocks in 1.21.6 - 1.21.11.

Use

1. Hold the Wax Wand.
2. Sneak + Right-Click the copper block you’re looking at (up to 6 blocks range).
3. Toggles waxed ↔ unwaxed. Same for the AoE Wand.
