Figura Pack Reorder

This mod is quite simple. All it does is move Figura's runtime resource pack to be at the end of the list, so it gets applied last. Made with intention for use with custom backends such as Nuovo.

This allows for custom backends to change existing assets rather than only being able to add new ones. (e.g. repurposing badges)

If using this mod for a custom backend, make sure you go to Figura settings and press Redownload Assets whenever you switch backend IPs.

Only versions that Figura supports are tagged, but the mod loads on every version I've tested >1.19.3, including through Sinytra Connector, so it should support future Figura versions.

This appears to have been intentional behaviour at one point, as it seems to work without this mod in versions <=1.19.3, but the offical backend doesn't use it and thus it has gone unpatched.
