Wither Skeletons are so emo that even saying "Emo Skeleton" before killing one drops their skull. It worked for me. However, they don't look as emo as they could. This resource pack fixes this serious error and makes them emo.
Above is an example of how I corrected this error
(this resource pack probably works for most modern versions)
