Create: Twistermill

Sable ship contraptions transform simulated wind energy into Create kinetic power. Supports either Weather2: Storms & Tornadoes or ProtoManly’s Weather.

TwisterMill detects which supported weather mod is installed and uses the matching backend.
Sable is used for physics-based sublevels and moving contraptions.

Wind alligned turbines are possible by using "contraption-on-contraption-on-contraption" setups.

Custom blocks can generate and send binary redstone codes.
transmitting more information with a single redstone channel.

Control angle servos with built-in redstone links to pitch rotor blades for maximum torque (SU).
Redstone configuration options in Create's config menu.
