Origin description

The sun and moon directly influence the power you are able to project towards other entities. Gain fiery offensive powers from the sun to burn anything or ethereal defensive capabilities from the moon to survive a dangerous night

Abilities

Absorbent
When directly under the sun or moon your respective energy bar charges up slowly. While having a certain energy bar filled up, in the presence of the opposite astral body you will slowly start to lose energy. As it charges you become more powerful, however as your power grows too much you start suffering dangerous side effects

SUN
0%-9% Nothing happens
10%-25% Gain Speed I and Strength I

26%-50% Punches have a 30% chance to light mobs on fire, gain Speed II and take 50% less damage from fire

51%-75% Punches have a 100% chance to light mobs on fire, gain Strength II, take 100% less damage from fire

76%-99% Take 50% less damage from all sources. Mobs around you catch fire instantly and there is a small chance you create a ring of fire around you randomly. Gain Speed III and Strength III. Become immune to Weakness, Slowness and Mining Fatigue

100% (Danger Zone) Mobs lit on fire die instantly, have a constant ring of fire around you burning everything without control. After 30 seconds you explode and die

MOON
0%-9% Nothing happens

10%-25% Gain Resistance I and Health Boost I

26%-50% Getting punched has a 30% chance to apply Slowness and Darkness to the attacker and gain Resistance II

51%-75% Getting punched has a 100% chance to apply Slowness and Darkness to the attacker, gain Health Boost II and Night Vision

76%-99% Deal 50% more damage. Every few moments there is a chance you get Darkness and Slowness applied to you. Gain Resistance III and Health Boost III. Become immune to Weakness, Poison and Mining Fatigue

100% (Danger Zone) Gain Resistance IV and Absorption IV. You are constantly slowed and blinded. After 30 seconds you get dragged down to the void where you disintegrate and die

When your energy is 0 for too long you get applied Nausea, Slowness and Poison. This process takes 5 minutes

Astral Insulators

By holding a sunflower/ender pearl in either your mainhand or offhand you can negate the energy loss over time when in the presence of the opposite astral body.

Fire Manipulation

Use primary to shoot a fire ball (1% drain), and press primary while sneaking to create a fire explosion (5% drain)

Liberate

Use secondary to release energy to prevent yourself from overheating.

Ethereal Form

Use primary to turn into a black cloud, avoiding all damage and being able to phase through objects with enough space (i.e Doors) (1% drain/second)

Dark Mist

Use secondary to apply slowness and darkness to mobs in a 10 block radius (10% drain)

Dimensional Vicissitude

When entering the nether or void, your energy goes down to 0 instantly. As time passes you will begin to hear noises, lose health, unable to break blocks and take more damage. After 10 minutes you die instantly

Atuu's Power

You can craft Atuu's Token following the recipe below. With this item in hand you will not lose energy when using abilities. You can also travel to other dimensions without losing energy but you will still suffer the negative effects and die after 10 minutes.
