/reloadresource <url> <sha1 hash>
example:
/reloadresource "http://path.to/your/resoursepack.zip" "936B7BBB28B6FC19C7D207D141426CF923C17EDB"hash must be in uppercase
send corresponding resourcepack to all players on server
best when used with external program that can calculate hash and pump commands to server via RCON or by other means
/resendsend last resourcepack sent by /reloadresource to the player executed it
