Create-O-Rama is a modpack currently in Alpha that adds an overwhelmingly large amount of content centred around (but sometimes far off from) the Create mod. Several world generation mods keep the terrain constantly interesting as you progress forward in Create. Also, food isn't mandatory. The food system is neat. Honestly, special shout-out to Spice of Life: Valheim Edition for that hunger system. I just hope they fix it so you don't spawn immediately with normal health and then have your health lowered like a second later. It's a nitpick, but it does mildly annoy me.
