When you die in minecraft, items fly everywhere! I made a datapack that makes that not happen.

WARNING: THIS DOES NOT WORK WHEN IMMEDIATE RESPAWN IS ENABLED!

I did this by simply checking when a player has died, then on the same tick halfing the speed of all items nearby (within a 5 block radius) on that tick.
