Provides customizable armor parts that provide effects to the players while worn.

ArmorParts include all vanilla armors ( including turtle helmet! )

• Usage: /armoreffect <ClickTabToAutoCompleteArmorPart> <ClickTabToAutoCompleteEffect> [LevelOfTheEffect]
• Required permission to use the command: armoreffect.give
• Players with op (/op nickname) have this required permission by default.

The purpose of this plugin is to extend rarity of armors, improve the pvp experience.
