Better View Bobbing

Removes screen shaking when you're not sprinting.

Why

View Bobbing is objectively quite pleasing... However having it shake your crosshair while you bridge can be distracting. There are other "solutions" but I find them quite unintuitive.

• Disabling View Bobbing entirely
  • Yeah that fixes it... but I want view bobbing.
• Disabling Screen Shaking
  • Okay but that doesn't look as pleasing to me.
• Disabling View Bobbing with a keybind
  • Cool but I'd rather the mod do it for me
