Noches Muertas

Noches Muertas is a progressive zombie survival mod for Minecraft 1.20.1, built for Forge and tested working on NeoForge.

The world starts familiar, but the infection grows day by day. Zombies become stronger, special infected appear, hordes pressure your base, blood moon events punish noise, and survival becomes a race to research, fortify, adapt, and push deeper into the outbreak.

• Progressive day-based difficulty
• Evolving infected and special zombie variants
• Hordes, assaults, Blood Moon events, and Day 100 Total Outbreak
• Player contamination and infection systems
• Medical items, natural remedies, and survival consumables
• Research table, cellular progression, and unlockable upgrades
• Improvised melee weapons, firearms, ammunition, and weapon drawbacks
• Gun noise that can attract infected threats
• Base defenses, barricades, traps, turrets, and allied flesh golems
• Survivors, traders, scavengers, and survival structures
• Zombified animals and infected vanilla-style enemies
• Infected environmental blocks, ruined props, labs, camps, and abandoned locations
• Infected Nether progression after the Overworld outbreak

Current Status

Noches Muertas is currently in public beta.

The Overworld survival phase is already playable, with progression, infection, events, weapons, defenses, structures, and multiple infected variants. The infected Nether phase is partially implemented and will continue expanding in future updates.
