Sunset constantly

upon loading a world, time is set to 13500 so right after sunset(Monsters are able to Spawn) and you are able to see the moon while still seeing the orange glow of the sunset and gamrules for "do daylightcycle" and "do insomnia"(just in case xD) are set to false. Monsters will are able to Spawn

Additonally when going in a bed you are kicked out so you cant change it to day by sleeping, however you can still set your respawn on beds.
