Adds more mechanical sounds to different Create machines.

Current blocks modified:

• Valve (Metal squeal)

• Clutch (Toggle off and on)

• Gearshift (Toggle sound)

• Elevator Pulley (Complex system, adding send-off, arrival, and travel loop along the whole length of the cable)

• Rope Pulley (Rope sound along the entirety of the rope)

• Hose Pulley (Rope sound along the entirety of the hose)
