Supply Drops

Adds supply drops that spawn every 30 minutes (36,000 ticks) at the highest point on a random block
The time between supply drops is configurable and determined in ticks by line 5 of data/supply_drop/function/load.mcfunction as well as line 16 of data/supply_drop/function/spawn.mcfunction

The supply drop location varies by 125 blocks in each direction from coordinates 0, 0 by default, but can be configured in line 4 of data/supply_drop/function/spawn.mcfunction

Loot table can be edited in data/supply_drop/loot_table/supply_drop_loot.json
