Description

Diminished Apotheosis is a datapack that rebalances Apotheosis and Apotheotic Additions by reducing their overpowered values to create a more balanced gameplay experience.

Balance Changes

• Apotheosis: All values reduced by 80% (multiplied by 0.2)
• Apotheotic Additions: All values reduced by 60-70% (multiplied by 0.16-0.4)

What's Included

This datapack modifies:

Affixes

• ✅ Armor affixes (attribute, damage reduction, mob effects)
• ✅ Weapon affixes (sword, heavy weapon, ranged, breaker)
• ✅ Shield affixes
• ✅ Special bonuses

Gems

• ✅ Core gems (brawlers, guardian, lunar, solar, warlord, etc.)
• ✅ Dimension-specific gems (earth, royalty, blood_lord, inferno, endersurge, mageslayer)
• ✅ Twilight Forest gems (forest, queen)

Other

• ✅ Boss spawning parameters
• ✅ Affix loot entries (quality and rarity adjusted)
• ✅ Rarity configurations
• ✅ Wandering Trader trades

Installation

1. Download the datapack
2. Place it in your world's datapacks folder:
   • Singleplayer: .minecraft/saves/<world_name>/datapacks/
   • Server: <server_folder>/<world_name>/datapacks/
3. Reload datapacks with /reload command or restart the game/server

• Twilight Forest: Optional (Twilight content will work if installed)

Before (Apotheosis Original)

"brawlers" (ancient gem):
- Attack Speed: +50% (0.50)
- Max Health: +10 hearts (10.0)
- Armor Pierce: +14 (14.0)

"blessed" affix (ancient):
- Max Health: +4-12 hearts

After (Diminished Apotheosis)

"brawlers" (ancient gem):
- Attack Speed: +10% (0.1) ← 80% reduction
- Max Health: +2 hearts (2.0) ← 80% reduction
- Armor Pierce: +2.8 (2.8) ← 80% reduction

"blessed" affix (ancient):
- Max Health: +0.8-2.4 hearts ← 80% reduction

ApotheoticAdditions Changes

"artifact_armor" affix (artifact rarity):
- Before: +10-20 armor
- After: +1.6-5.6 armor ← ~60-70% reduction
