This Plugin adds the Level = Border Challange to your server.

It is also very Multyplayer friendly as the Level is the same between all online players.

How it works:
you start in a 1x1 space with a tight world border
once you gain xp and level up the border will expand according to your Level
this way you can unlock more rescources and explore more of your world
