Regenerate Chunks

This mod adds chunk regeneration using the /regen command. Regeneration starts on the chunk the player is standing in, so running /regen 0 will regenerate only the chunk the player is currently in.

KNOWN BUGS:
Structures are not regenerated
When regenerating a chunk with trees multiple times, leaves will not be removed. This is intentional to prevent half-trees when regenerating adjacent chunks.

This mod is not perfect, but it is good enough for most use cases.

WARNING:Anything lower then 1.21.11 has not been fully tested so some things may be broken
