Turns the pumpkin blur into CRT scanlines with a bit of transparent white to make things look washed out (I was thinking of making a second version without that but I do not have the file for the texture anymore)

Technically it's made for 1.21.4 but Minecraft will not stop you from putting it in whatever version. If you have carved pumpkins in the version you're using you can probably use this just fine.
