  • 🟡 Yellow 50–99ms — Good
  • 🟠 Red 100–299ms — Fair
  • 🔴 DarkRed 300ms+ — Poor
• Only visible within 64 blocks
• Hidden while sneaking (respects vanilla nametag behavior)
