  • ? Green < 50ms — Excellent
  • ? Yellow 50–99ms — Good
  • ? Red 100–299ms — Fair
  • ? DarkRed 300ms+ — Poor
• Only visible within 64 blocks
• Hidden while sneaking (respects vanilla nametag behavior)
