More gunpowder with creepers

Increases the amount of gunpowder that drops from the creeper.
Now a creeper can drop 2-5 gunpowder instead of 0-3.

Увеличивает количество пороха, выпадающего из крипера.
Теперь с крипера падает 2-5 единиц пороха вместо 0-3.
