⚔️ What is Starlight?

Levxys' Starlight 16x is a PvP-focused resource pack made completely from scratch.

The goal was never to simply make Minecraft look "different."

The goal was to make it cleaner, sharper and more enjoyable to play while still keeping the Minecraft feeling.

Weapons, armor, utility items, HUD elements, GUI components, the End Crystal, the official logo and even the main menu panorama were all built and refined individually.

Keep the screen clean. Keep combat readable. Keep the style yours.

💎 Combat, Items & Crystal PvP

Starlight puts a lot of attention into combat visibility.

The End Crystal received a completely custom futuristic design, paired with a dark Obsidian texture to create a consistent Crystal PvP aesthetic.

Weapons were redesigned and resized to give you more visibility during fights without making them feel completely disconnected from vanilla Minecraft.

🎯 Built Around Visibility

PvP can get chaotic very quickly.

That's why Starlight's HUD was designed around one simple idea:

Show what matters. Hide what doesn't.

The vanilla crosshair was replaced with a precise minimal design, while the Hotbar, Hearts and Hunger Bar were rebuilt with a cleaner layout.

The GUI also received a transparent redesign with sharp borders and less visual clutter.

🌌 A Different Minecraft From The Moment You Launch It

Starlight doesn't stop when you enter a world.

The main menu now features a fully custom 360-degree panorama, created specifically for the pack.

The panorama was carefully aligned for smooth rotation, including corrected perspective, seamless edge transitions and optimized textures to prevent unnecessary menu lag.

🎨 Pixel by Pixel

Starlight is 100% custom-made from scratch.

Not just the big things.

The tiny things too.

The Hotbar was crafted frame by frame.
The Crosshair was designed from scratch.
The End Crystal was rebuilt pixel by pixel.
The official logo was created specifically for Starlight.
The panorama was created and aligned manually.

Every part of the pack has gone through testing, tweaking, pixel-crafting and optimization.

15+ hours of work. Hundreds of tiny decisions. One pack.

No premade texture pack was used as the foundation.

🌟 The Starlight Identity

The visual identity of Starlight revolves around a darker, sharper and more futuristic interpretation of Minecraft.

The End Crystal became one of the central visual elements of the pack — from the Crystal texture itself to the official Starlight logo.

Dark tones, clean geometry and subtle highlights are used throughout the pack to keep everything visually connected.

It's not trying to be the loudest PvP pack.

It's trying to be Starlight.

📜 The Journey

v0.1.0-alpha.1 — The Beginning

Starlight started small.

The first version contained only custom Swords and Axes, with the idea of gradually building a complete PvP experience from the ground up.

v0.1.1-alpha.1 — Diamond Set

The first major equipment addition arrived with a completely redesigned Diamond Armor Set.

v0.1.2-beta.1 — The Ultimate PvP Overhaul

This was the first massive transformation.

Starlight received:

• Redesigned Diamond Armor

• New Crosshair
• Major item model changes

This was the point where Starlight started becoming the pack it was meant to be.

v0.1.3-rc.1 — The Official Release 🎉

Starlight officially left Alpha.

New utility items were added, including the Totem of Undying and Experience Bottle, while Obsidian and the End Crystal received additional polish.

Weapon models were refined, Low Fire was reduced, the Netherite Axe and Golden Sword were fixed, and countless smaller textures were polished.

The old placeholder logo was also replaced with the new End Crystal-inspired Starlight logo.

v0.1.4-rc.1 — New Panorama Update 🌌

The main menu finally got its own identity.

A fully custom 360° panorama was added with:

Seamless edge transitions

Corrected perspective

Fixed left/right alignment

Optimized textures
