Adds a new Adrenaline status effect that automatically triggers when your health drops to low HP, giving you a brief burst of power with a built-in cooldown.

Features

When Adrenaline activates, the player temporarily:

• Moves faster
• Jumps slightly higher
• Attacks and mines more quickly

After Adrenaline wears off, a cooldown prevents it from triggering again immediately, so it cannot be abused in continuous combat.
