LunaShell Client is a primarily client-side Minecraft optimization modpack, with approximately 95% of its functionality operating entirely on the client.
It is designed to deliver consistently high performance, stable frame rates, and a refined user experience, while strictly preserving vanilla gameplay mechanics.

In addition to comprehensive performance optimizations, LunaShell Client includes carefully selected Quality-of-Life enhancements, punchy animation improvements, optional shader support, and selected social utility features.
All additional features are entirely optional and are not required for normal operation.

Early Release Notice

LunaShell Client is a newly released modpack and is currently considered early-stage.

While extensive testing has been performed, not all features may function perfectly in every environment, and minor bugs, inconsistencies, or edge-case issues may still occur.

Certain features may offer enhanced functionality when compatible optional server-side mods are present (for example, extended player status visibility via supported implementations such as What Are They Up To (WATUT)).

Included Mod: Essentials

LunaShell Client includes Essentials, a client-focused utility mod that enhances social interaction and accessibility while maintaining full compatibility with vanilla gameplay and multiplayer servers.

Essentials provides optional features designed for convenience and social play, including:

• Cosmetic customization options (purely visual, no gameplay impact)
• The ability to host temporary worlds for friends through peer-to-peer connections
• Simple friend and invite systems for quick multiplayer sessions
• Quality-of-Life tools focused on ease of use and player connectivity

World hosting through Essentials allows players to invite friends into their singleplayer worlds without requiring a dedicated server.
All features are optional, player-controlled, and do not modify core gameplay mechanics.
