This mod implements some changes to make sleeping and eating more beneficial and convenient!

Features:

• Players only have 6 hearts by default
• When sleeping in a bed, you get health boost for 3 days, which can boost you up to 20 hearts if lucky! You have a better chance to get more hearts if you're well fed when you go to sleep!
• Sleeping removes all your potion effects, including health boost.
• Sleeping drains your hunger down to 3 haunches
• You need at least 4 haunches of hunger to sleep
• Upon filling your hunger bar, you won't have to eat until the next phase of day! (morning, day, night, midnight, etc)
