Penne and Spaghetti

These two types of pasta, of course, might be eaten, but it’s not the best way to use them. Instead, use them as materials to craft some incredible tools and armor (or just better food).

Pasta Pickaxe

One side of it is shorter than another, so why don’t you use it as a hoe? Of course, it is still a nice pickaxe (diamond level) and can be eaten!

Beef with Spaghetti

Unfortunately, Steve has just a crafting table, so he just wrapped spaghetti around the steak. It is really delicious and nourishing, though.

A very good sword! Deals nice damage and has a chance (50%) to set enemies on fire and slow them down. Also, gives you saturation for five seconds by right clicking.

Penne Dagger

Has small damage and high attack speed, as a normal dagger. Applies Night Vision (because, you know, carrots are good for eyes) and Speed II for 5 seconds by right click. However, it consumes a lot of durability. But this weapon works way better, if you wear a full set of Pasta Armor. In that case you will get Night Vision and Speed III for 20 seconds with no durability consumption.

Tomatoes

The most famous way to eat spaghetti is to add some tomatoes to it. Unfortunately, we don’t have tomatoes in vanilla minecraft, so this mod fixes it by adding tomato zombies. They spawn during the night on the overworld surface. It’s not easy to kill them, as they are a bit stronger than regular zombies. After death these strange creations drop some seeds, which you can plant to grow your own tomatoes to use as a craft material.
