Always Play is a fully customizable music player for Minecraft designed to give players complete control over how in-game music works, while keeping the experience simple, immersive, and true to the game.

✨ Features

⏱️ Delay Control & Playback Modes

• Default Interval: 2–5 seconds between tracks.
• Fully Configurable: Adjust delay from 0 seconds up to 20 minutes via Mod Menu.
• Startup Fade-In: Keeps music silent for a moment after launching the game, then smoothly fades in instead of blasting instantly (toggleable, 1–5 sec delay).
• Single Track Repeat Mode: Loop your current favorite track continuously with a single key press.

? Track Menu & Library (Keybind: M)

Press M to open the dedicated in-game music browser:

• Vanilla Music & Discs: Browse all default Minecraft soundtrack tracks and music records.
• Custom Tracks: View and manage your imported custom audio files.
• Quick Play: Click the ▶ button next to any track to start playback immediately.
• Instant Search: Quickly search and filter through your entire music library.

? Custom Playlists & Audio

• Playlists & Drag & Drop: Click the + icon on any track to add it to a playlist or create a new one. Easily reorder tracks inside playlists using drag-and-drop.
• Batch Selection: Multi-select tracks to create playlists instantly.
• Supported Formats: Load your own audio files (WAV, MP3, OGG, FLAC) by dropping them into the tracks folder or using the in-game "Add Track" button.
• Playback Modes: Choose between Vanilla only, Custom only, or Both mixed together.
• Track Ordering: Three modes: In Order, Random (No Repeat), and Fully Random.
• Audio Enhancements: Automatic volume normalization across loud/quiet files, and smooth crossfading between tracks (toggleable, adjustable duration).
• "Now Playing" Toasts: On-screen popups for custom tracks matching vanilla notification styling.

⌨️ Navigation & Controls

• Pause / Resume: Dedicated Pause hotkey (default: Numpad 0).
• Repeat Track Toggle: Toggle single track loop on/off (default: Numpad . / Del).
• Skip Forward / Backward: Rebindable hotkeys (default: Right Arrow / Left Arrow).
• Track History: Remembers up to 10 previously played tracks—go back to replay a song or skip forward.
• Skip Delay: Set a pause (0–5 sec) when manually switching tracks.
• Volume Adjustments: Quick Volume Up/Down hotkeys (default: Up Arrow / Down Arrow) adjusting by 5% per press with hold-to-accelerate support.
• Keybind Category: All hotkeys are neatly organized under a dedicated Always Play category in your Minecraft Controls settings.

⚙️ UI & Experience

• World Join Behavior: Music restarts fresh when joining a world instead of continuing whatever was playing in the main menu (toggleable).
• Informative UI: Scrollable, resizable settings screen with detailed tooltips for every option in Mod Menu.

? About This Mod

Personally, I just wanted a mod that keeps the music playing constantly without having to wait 20 minutes for Minecraft to finally "grace us" with the next track—and eventually wanted to bring my own music into the mix too. That's why I created Always Play and decided to share it with the community.

I know there are other mods that attempt this, but unfortunately, many are either slow to update or have been completely abandoned. Always Play is built to stay updated, smooth, and feature-rich.
