Makes the Ghast pixel consistent before Mojang inevibly does so when the Happy Ghast comes to snapshots. The texture size is enlarged about 4.5 times, so the pixel count on the main body is 72x72 instead of the default 16x16.
No Optifine or EMF/ETF required!
