This is not technically global, as that is controlled server side.
Then what does Global Notes do?
They make notes not get quieter with distance. However, are limited by the range at which note sounds will not play entirely.
How Global Notes works. Global Notes works by editing the sounds.json to not decrease the volume over distance. This will preserve directional audio.
For a version without directional audio, check Global Notes Studio
Version compatibility has been roughly double checked and the pack version warning can be ignored in the versions stated in the release.
