Damage Tick
Requires the TickLowerPerm mod to work!
Increases the tick rate by 2 every time you take damage.
Uses a .js script to dynamically generate the function to translate scoreboard > tick commands.
This is due to the limitations of the /tick commands in it's current state, thus also the need for TickLowerPerm.
