Speedrunner Trophy (Hunter vs. Speedrunner)

The original Speedrunner Trophy I designed in 2020 for the YouTube channels Jelly, Slogo, and Crainer—featured in videos with millions of views—is now available for everyone. This pack lets map makers and servers run “Hunter vs. Speedrunner” with a clear, stylish win condition.

What’s inside

Block Trophy – a re-modeled Ancient Debris block that looks like the Speedrunner Trophy.

• Breakable only with a diamond pickaxe+ (vanilla rule).

• the advancement “You are the trophy champion” on break.

Prop Trophy – a Wooden Sword with a custom model when renamed “Trophy” in an anvil.

• Perfect for décor (place in an item frame).

How to play “Hunter vs. Speedrunner”

1. The map maker places the Block Trophy somewhere in the Overworld—ideally ~1000 blocks from spawn and in a creative spot (sky island, cave, hidden shrine, etc.).

2. Choose one Speedrunner; everyone else is a Hunter.

3. Give the Speedrunner a compass pointing to the Trophy (datapack/command or compass-to-coords).

4. Win conditions:

• Speedrunner wins by obtaining a diamond pickaxe and mining the Trophy.

• Hunters win if the Speedrunner dies before mining it. Hunters may respawn freely.

Installation

Drop the resource pack into your resourcepacks folder and enable it.
