• Hardened Fist: +5 damage with fists
• Undefended Defense: +50% armor while not wearing armor
• Free Movement: Haste 3 when no armor and bare fist

Cons

• Martial Pride: You refuse to use a shield and you won't use your martial arts while you're wearing armor
• Tiring: Increased hunger loss
