Tally Hearts is a lightweight client-side mod that solves a simple problem: 
once your health or armor goes past the vanilla cap, Minecraft starts 
stacking extra rows on your HUD, and it gets hard to tell how much you 
actually have at a glance.

Instead of multiple stacked rows, Tally Hearts collapses everything into 
a single row using configurable colors — one color per "row" of health or 
armor — and adds a small numeric counter on top so you never have to 
memorize what each color means.

• Collapses extra health and armor rows into a single colored row
• Fully configurable colors per row (hex RGB)
• Numeric row counter overlay (e.g. "x3" or "3/5") for both health and armor
